Return Process

  Log into your Dreame account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all included manuals and accessories to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
